Clay and Nicole first met at Panhandle Cone and Coffee in Sandpoint Idaho. While that was one of Clay's side jobs, it was Nicole's first. Clay and Nicole worked together for a year before they actually started talking, let alone, getting involved. Clay's first attempt to flirt consisted of a trip to Walmart late at night for a wine run, which then eventually evolved into a trip to McDonald's (neither of them like McDonald's), which later lead to a cute Bluebird Cafe coffee date where they shared their first kiss! They have been together ever since for the past 3 years, and now cannot express how excited they are to share their vows and say "I DO" !
