Ceremony will begin at 6pm, plan to arrive at the museum around 5:30pm! The Cocktail hour will be after the Ceremony in the Carousel Room, Reception Dinner to follow upstairs in the Ballroom concluding at 11pm Dress Code: Formal, but feel free to lean into the Vintage Circus theme!

Both the date and the code must be entered. The rates are $209.00 plus tax per night for standard rooms and $319.00 plus tax per night for suites. Anyone looking to get the group rate needs to book by the cut-off date, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟏𝐬𝐭, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒. The rate won't be honored after that date. There is a cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to arrival, so if anyone changes their mind, you'll have until 2 days prior to cancel without penalty.
