Ceremony & Reception

Sat, Aug 16, 2025, 5:00 pm - Sun, Aug 17, 2025, 2:00 am

Ex Hacienda la Union
Barranquillas, Ags. 20305, Mexico, Mexico

We're excited to celebrate our Love and Union with you!

Our wedding journey begins with the Ceremony at 5:00 PM, followed by an 'Aperitif', dinner and dancing in Spain, and a late-night dinner in Mexico. Please arrive on time, as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. Due to the driveway being behind the ceremony site, no cars will be allowed in the Hacienda between 5:00 pm and 5:40 pm. Attire Suggestions: Dress code is Cocktail Attire. While the weather is typically lovely during the day, evenings can bring a dry, mountain-style chill—consider bringing a jacket or pashmina to stay cozy. We recommend having lunch before heading to the Hacienda. Dinner will be served later, and we wouldn’t want anyone getting hangry before the vows!

La Hacienda

La Exhacienda La Unión holds a special place in our family's heart. Once a colonial-era estate, its history is intertwined with generations of memories — a place where our family has gathered to celebrate life, love, and togetherness. Surrounded by nature and timeless beauty, it’s where stories have been shared and bonds have grown stronger. We're honored to continue that tradition by celebrating our union in this meaningful place.

Travel

For easy accommodation and transportation, our cousin Jessica Lara (travel agency owner) is your go-to! She's arranged group rates at three hotels, making travel to the Hacienda much simpler if guests stay together. Email: plandeviaje.tuagencia@gmail.com *We are coordinating transportation from these three hotels to the venue.

Travel Note

How to get to Aguascalientes

There are many options to arrive in Aguascalientes, and the best option may depend on your holidays plans. Aguascalientes has it’s own airport, here are some routes to get to the city: - Via Mexico City: MX City has the biggest airport and many flights direct from Europe. You can flight to Mexico City and then another flight to Aguascalientes. Or flight to Mexico City and get to Aguascalientes by bus visiting colonial cities. - Via Guadalajara: Guadalajara is the 2nd biggest airport and has some direct flights from Europe like from Madrid. From Guadalajara to Aguascalientes you can take a bus that will take 3 hours. - Via USA: this is a fast route to go via Dallas Airport. However, take into account some time for the passport control in the USA and to have your ESTA up to date. - Via Cancun: you can fly to Aguascalientes via Cancun as well and there are many direct flights to Cancun from Europe. *When doing flight research, for those coming from Barcelona consider flying from Madrid as sometimes there are better rates.

Vamos a la Playa

Mexico means a lot to us, and we’d love to make more memories together — not just on our wedding day, but by the beach with our closest friends and family. If you're up for an adventure, join us for a post-wedding beach getaway and a cultural immersion in Oaxaca City. We’re proposing two options: ✈️ Option 1: Flight from Aguascalientes to Huatulco via Mexico City (more time at the party and beach; ~€120 + hotel). 🚌✈️ Option 2: Bus to Guadalajara, then flight to Puerto Escondido (cheaper, but leaves earlier; ~€54 + hotel). Both end with a 3-hour bus ride to Oaxaca City on the 21st. Interested? Let us know here: https://forms.gle/n66LCgDniM6u6sqZ6
