On September 5th, 2024, I asked Ruben to join me on this journey we call life together. During our annual holiday, with the Parthenon as our backdrop, we ascended Filopappou Hill, where he was surprised by professional photographers and a magical little red box.

We will kick off the week with a private yacht tour through the beauty of the Cyclades and the Aegean Sea. The day begins at the Port of Naxos, where we’ll embark on a cruise through the beautiful blue waters, visiting historical islands that have existed for thousands of years. While on the private tour, we can go swimming and snorkeling and visit secluded beaches. There will be breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day, as well as lots of drinks (wine & beer) throughout the whole trip. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages on the cruise, so please consider this if you have specific preferences. The cost of the tour is 100 euros ($108.34) per guest. Please Zelle Christian at 917.822.9194 by 6/01/25.
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Yassas! On our first night on the island, we will experience the joy of "breaking bread" in Greek style! We will all gather at a local restaurant for dinner during the sunset. As we dine, it will be an opportunity to make connections with he other guests that are on this beautiful journey with us.
8:30 am - 10:00 am
On this morning, we will take a ferry ride to the neighboring island of Mykonos. It is one of the most famous Greek isles in the modern world. We recommend taking the SeaJet Ferries as they are the most common and fastest ferries for island hopping. Ferry prices vary based on class selection. Please visit their website (https://www.seajets.com) to familiarize yourself with pricing when booking your ferry rides. The date is September 3. We recommend taking the SeaJets "SuperJet," which departs from the Port of Naxos at 9 a.m. and arrives at the Port of Mykonos at 9:40 a.m.
Wed, Sep 3, 2025, 10:00 am - Thu, Sep 4, 2025, 9:00 am
Upon arriving on Mykonos Island, join us for a luxurious day at the world-famous Jackie O’ Beach Club, where you’ll experience some of the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos. We will enjoy day beds on the shore while being waited on hand and foot. The Jackie O' Beach Club is located on Super Paradise Beach, with several beach clubs, restaurants, and shops along the beach. After a day in the beautiful setting of the island of Mykonos, everyone will have the option to spend the night or take the last ferry back to Naxos that same day. The last ferry to Naxos departs from the Port of Mykonos at 6:20 pm and arrives at the Port of Naxos at 7:50 pm. For those choosing to spend the night in Mykonos with us, we recommend staying together in an Airbnb that can accommodate the group. Everyone will have time to freshen up at the Airbnb before heading out for a night in Mykonos town.
9:00 am - 10:30 am
For those who decide to spend the night with us in Mykonos, the ferry ride back will be the following morning (September 4) on SeaJets' "Andros Jet," departing from the Port of Mykonos at 9:50 a.m. and arriving at the Port of Naxos at 10:25 a.m. Please remember that the Port of Mykonos is very busy, and we must all be mindful of departure times to ensure a smooth return to Naxos. The recommended arrival time at the port is 9:15 am. Please remember to check out www.SeaJets.com for your ferry tickets. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Christian at 917.822.9194.

It's an adventurous day in Naxos! We will meet in the town center for lunch, coffee, or cocktails and then visit the Temple of Apollo for some photographs. After some shopping and sightseeing, we will be picked up by a private driver and will travel up the mountains of Naxos. Our destination is the beautiful Saint Anna Winery. A private tour, wine tasting, and dinner party awaits us at the hands of Emounelle and his beautiful winery estate. We fell in love with this beautiful winery, which produces delicious wines and olive oil. We can't wait to share this magical location with you all! The experience at the Saint Anna Winery is from 4 pm to 10 pm. The cost is 150 euros ($162.50) per guest. Please Zelle Christian at 917.822.9194.

Join us one last morning as we depart Naxos and continue our journey to our next destination. La Paloma Naxos is a fantastic Mexican restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Starting at breakfast, it offers a full cocktail bar and a great spot with an impressive view to enjoy a good Paloma.
Travel Note
We recommend that all guests arrive on Naxos Island by Tuesday, September 2nd. We will have some group activities planned for the days leading up to the wedding. Naxos Island is one of the largest Greek Islands in the Cyclades. Naxos is in the Aegean Sea very close to its most popular neighbors, Mykonos and Santorini. You can reach Naxos by plane or ferry. The island has a small airport with direct flights that connect to Athens. It is advised that you search for flights from Athens as those will be the most accessible ones to Naxos. The other very popular and adventurous option is to take a ferry. Ferries are traveling out of Athens and the neighboring islands daily throughout the morning and afternoon. Airport Code for Naxos Airport: JNX Popular Ferry Company which we have used before: SEA JETS Ferries

Travel Note
We recommend that everyone stays in the Old Town of Naxos which is right next to the Port of Naxos. This is the most centric part of the island which has restaurants, shops, and cafes that you can walk to. The local beach, Saint George Beach is about a 5 to 10 minute walk. The waters are incredibly clean, thanks to the open Aegean Sea, and the beach is covered with soft sand both on the shore and in the water, making it an ideal location for a relaxing day by the sea. The wedding venue, The Promponas Distillery is an 8 - 15 minute drive anywhere from the Old Town of Naxos. Below is a list of recommended hotels. All of these hotels still have accommodations available for under $200 a night. Please choose whatever accommodations are best for you and your group as everything is close and we will all be within a 5 minute walk from each other. Recommended Hotels:
