Ceremony
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Attire: Halloween Costumes
Guest seating will begin at 3pm, and the ceremony will start at 3:30pm. Parking may be limited due to the holiday, so please give yourself adequate time. This will be an outdoor ceremony. There are trees in the area, however we cannot guarantee every seat will be in the shade. It can still be hot in Florida at this time of year, so please plan accordingly and bring a hand fan if you think you will need one. You may see some family members in cocktail attire for portraits scheduled after the ceremony, but don't worry, we are asking everyone to be in costume for the reception!
Photos
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
We ask that families hang back from cocktail hour until after photos are completed. A shot list will be sent out a week prior.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
This will be held outdoors, and drinks and snacks will be available. Family, please use this time to change into your Halloween costumes as needed. Our coordinator will be able to assist in directing you to a space to get changed.
Reception Dinner & Dancing!
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Attire: Halloween Costumes
Simple or extravagant, we are asking ALL guests to join us in dressing up in a halloween costume for the reception. We look forward to celebrating with drinks, dancing, and a costume contest!

Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
Halloween costumes! You can be as creative as you want, or you can keep it simple like a mask or head piece. Family is being asked to attend the ceremony in cocktail attire so that we can take portraits afterwards, but we will help facilitate space for guests to change before the reception.

Are kids or plus ones welcome?
Answer
All invited guests have been addressed on the invitations. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional guests beyond this

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We hired an excellent photographer to capture our day! Please let her handle the photos during our ceremony, but you are encouraged to take as many photos as you’d like after that!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Ceremony seating opens at 3pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled. Please also note there may be limited parking due to the holiday, and plan your travels accordingly!
