A valid passport with an expiration date more than three months before your travel date is required; six months is highly recommended. A visa may be required by the time of our wedding. Please go to https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias_en to check if visa requirements for U.S. citizens have become active. Direct flights to Vienna are available from many U.S. cities; however, we suggest considering flights to London, Amsterdam, or Paris. These are the largest airports in Europe, with the most flight options available from U.S. cities. Visa and Mastercard are accepted at nearly all establishments. American Express is more limited. We recommend conducting a currency exchange before your departure date. You must bring a universal adapter to charge your phone and electronic devices.

There are multiple beautiful sections to the Hofburg Palace like, the National Library, the Crown Jewels, and the Sisi museum.

An art museum whose building is just as impressive as the art inside. There is also a beautiful cafe located on the second floor.
Schlumberger Kellerwelten
Get tickets for a fun self-guided tour of this sparkling wine cellar with a tasting at the end. Of note, the location is a bit outside the city center but easily accessible by metro or taxi.

These cafes can have quite the line, so we’d recommend getting a reservation in advance if you can!

Vienna International is the easiest airport to fly into. It is roughly 25 minutes by taxi to the Park Hyatt, Vienna. Public Transit is convenient with frequent direct trains into the city center.
