Making it official
On January 22nd, 2024, despite ice storms across the nation, a small and intimate wedding party gathered in Dallas, Texas. We'd originally planned it as an informal, probably overly-practical gathering... but it became so much more! Our guests ran with the punches and turned our day into a truly special occasion, sharing meals, stories, musical talent, photography skills, and more. Thank you to everybody who was there for making us a mini-fairytale that day! While our ceremony was small, our love isn’t - and neither is our desire to share the experience with the many people we love and care about at our bigger gathering in April. Can't wait to see you there!
How we met
Gotcha! We don't have a cool meeting story - it was online, and really just meant to be an opportunity for conversation and friendship. Well, that grew into travel buddies on a few small excursions, and that grew into "let's try dating." The rest is history! We are so excited to share the "formalization" of our bond, and our relationship, with you, our friends and family! Can't wait to see you soon!

Tasty coffee curated by a local lady who'd had enough of there being "no good coffee" in town! This cafe also has a tasty menu to top off their delectable coffee drinks, good for breakfast, lunch, or anywhere in between! Open 7 AM-5:30 PM weekdays (kitchen 7 AM-2 PM), 8 AM-2 PM Saturday, and closed Sunday.
La Pradera Mexican Restaurant
Tasty Mexican Food! There is a smoking section but from the main area, you can't tell.

By what date should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by March 1st. This will help us make all the arrangements necessary for everyone to have a blast!

Are plus ones invited?

Certainly! Please make sure to let us know their name if you can't add them to the RSVP yourself, and we'll make sure to add them to the official guest list.

Are children invited?

Yes! Please make sure they are counted on your RSVP. Childcare will not be provided; however, we will make sure to have a quiet space indoors where you can bring them if the need arises. Please note: we prefer adults-only after 9PM... and are not responsible for anything your child sees or hears after dark!

I am flying in to DFW or Love Field. How do I get to Corsicana?

We recommend a rental car - there are many options available. You could also coordinate with other friends or family who are attending, to carpool.

The house where the BBQ will be hosted by Tony's mom is the house Tony grew up in! In addition to that, Corsicana is a central location, which helps ensure that we get to celebrate with all of our friends from Waco, Dallas, and beyond (here's to you, Virginia, Missouri, Florida and more)!

Where Should I Stay?

We recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Corsicana. Room block information in "Travel" section." Breakfast is included. They have a covered pool & hot tub, a work out room with a variety of equipment, and a very convenient location right by the festivities. Holiday Inn Express shares a parking lot with the Hampton Inn, our second choice hotel (has outdoor pool and hot tub; smaller gym).

Can I park on site?

SHUTTLE SERVICE will be provided from the parking lot next to the Holiday Inn Express to the event 4/20. It will run about every 15 minutes. We prefer to limit how many vehicles are parked in Shary's yard, but if you feel you will need to park on site please get in touch with us.

Where should I eat?

Check out our personal recommendations in the "Things to Do" tab for recommendations on where to eat morning, noon and night. In addition to those, Holiday Inn Express shares a parking lot with Waffle House and Sonic, and is right across the street from a retail complex with a variety of restaurants, from Chili's to a locally owned combo movie theatre/ bar/ grill.

We are fortunate to find we have most everything we need at home... However, if you are feeling particularly generous, we would love your support sending us on a fantastic honeymoon, or raising funds for Shriners Children's Hospitals.
