Eight Years in the Making
Christopher and Sophie went to high school together. Despite their small class size, they somehow thought the other was a different peer until a confusing interaction sophomore year where they called each other the incorrect name. Eyelashes were batted from afar, but nothing happened until one day in junior year when Sophie offered to do Chris' spirit week makeup. Falling head over heels, she requested his phone number from mutual friend and groomsman Ben Allen, and the rest was history.

Our ceremony will be from 4:00-5:00pm, followed by a cocktail hour while the bridal party takes photographs, and concluding with our reception from 6:00-10:00pm. We hope to see you there!

We have a block of rooms available at a highly discounted rate for Monday through Friday. When you call to book, mention that you are booking with the Doiron/Saunders wedding block. The rate is $189/night for standard rooms and $209/night for Mountain View rooms, and includes breakfast for two people per room- sadly though, they do not serve a full breakfast Tuesdays and Wednesdays, just a lighter continental fare. So sorry!

Question
Can I bring my kids or a plus-one?
Answer
Due to size and budget restrictions, we decided to have a child-free wedding except for the wedding party. We do love your children and understand that this may make your decision to come difficult and we apologize for that. We also cannot say yes to any plus-ones; your save-the-date and invitation will be addressed to you and your significant other, but we will have to say no to anyone else not addressed on your invite. Thank you for your understanding!

Will we be outside at all?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will take place in a sheltered location near the golf course. If it looks like a light rain, we suggest bringing an umbrella. In the event of a downpour, the ceremony will take place on the patio of the carriage house. The reception will be in the carriage house of the hotel and will be indoors with climate control, with access to a patio if you want some fresh air. Heat lamps will be available in the event it becomes chilly.

What’s the dress code? Any color scheme?
Answer
We ask that guests dress formally for our wedding. That means a suit jacket, pant suit, or a nice dress. We do not have a color scheme for guests- knock yourself out!

I have a dietary restriction. What are my choices?
Answer
As someone with a gluten intolerance, if you suffer from the same we will have both dining and dessert options! If you are a vegetarian, or if you have any other kind of allergy or restriction, please let us know as soon as possible so we can see what can be done for you.
