Man of Honor
Dress to feel your best — think “summer party meets wedding.” We’ll be celebrating outdoors on grass, so pick shoes you can move (and dance) in. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or cream. Please… no T-shirts.
Yes! Parking is available on site, but we recommend carpooling if you can — it helps with space and the environment.
Please plan to arrive by 1:30 PM — the ceremony starts at 2:00 PM.
The celebration wraps up around 11:00 PM, so pace yourself — we want you on the dance floor until the end!
If you’re coming from out of town, there are hotels, Airbnbs and cabin rentals nearby in Lake Cowichan. Book early — summer fills up fast!
Yes — it’s a cash-only bar, so don’t forget to bring a few bills if you plan to have drinks.
We’ve got a plan (and tents!) — so don’t stress. The party’s happening rain or shine.
We’ll have a photographer capturing everything, so we’d love for you to stay present and enjoy the moment. After the “I do’s,” go wild — more memories, the better!
We love animals (you know us ), but this one’s for the humans only — please leave furry friends at home.
We love your little ones and the people you love most! That said, we’re keeping things cozy and intentional, so invitations are only for the names listed. If your invite doesn’t include extra guests or kiddos, we kindly ask that you join us just as you are.
Travel Note
If you’re taking the ferry to Vancouver Island for our wedding, please book your sailing well in advance! June is peak travel season and ferries can get very busy — especially on weekends. We highly recommend: - Booking your ferry reservation early - Arriving at least 30–60 minutes before your sailing - Checking the current conditions on the BC Ferries website or app before you leave
