Please note that this is the closest airport to our venue. The venue is roughly a 1 hour and 18-minute drive from the airport.

Spearfish Canyon Lodge
To reserve a room for our wedding, please call the lodge at 605-584-3435 and use the name Nielsen and Chapman Wedding. Check in is 3pm daily and check out is 11 am daily. There are no elevators on the property, but guests can request first floor at the time of their reservation. There are a very limited number of rooms at the lodge so we please ask that you let out of town guests have time to reserve first. We also ask that you only request first floor if absolutely needed to allow for those who do need it have the opportunity to request. Thank you!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We do not have a traditional registry. Instead, we are doing a cash fund for our future honeymoon to Greece and Italy! The cash fund is connected to Zola and can be found on our website.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have limited space in our venue and therefore have selected our guests carefully. We love each of you very much and understand that you have someone you love that would be a great addition, however, we ask that you please stick to your RSVP if you were the only one listed.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
No! Please wear what you are comfortable in. If you would like to wear our "wedding colors" we are fine with this as well. Those colors include a burnt orange/terracotta, navy/light blues, and sage/eucalyptus.

If your children were on your original RSVP, please bring them!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance if you have any allergies. We will have vegan options and everything will be gluten free.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
If you are attending the ceremony, we suggest arriving no later than 3:15 as the lobby will be locked to outsiders for the 3:30 PM ceremony.
