Schedule

We are so excited to spend an entire weekend with our friends and family! We have several events planned, but also left some "flexi" time during the day on Saturday for guests to explore the island. Arrival and departure are flexible based on your needs/travel arrangements. We understand that not everyone may be able to join for both nights so please let us know if that is the case.

FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We greatly appreciate guests submitting their RSVPs as soon as possible. However, please submit your RSVP no later than April 1, 2026.

Question

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

We have cabins and rooms available at Camp Burton. These cabins have bunk beds and a bathroom (think The Parent Trap not Troop Beverly Hills). The rooms are part of the Camp's "retreat center" and have 3 single beds and a private bathroom in a hotel-like room. Please note, retreat center rooms are extremely limited so we will prioritize older folks and those that are not "outdoorsy." We will collect lodging preferences in the RSVP. As soon as we receive a majority of RSVPs, we will reach out to guests with their accommodation assignment/option. If you don't like the accommodation you have been assigned, you are welcome to book, offsite accommodation. We would recommend renting an Airbnb on Vashon! If you want any further tips on where to stay or help choosing an Airbnb please reach out to us. We are happy to help!

Question

If I stay onsite, will I be guaranteed my preferred accomodation?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your preferred accomodation, but we will do our best to match you to your desired space.

Question

I want to book accomodation as soon as possible. When will I hear from you about what type of onsite accommodation is available for me?

Answer

As soon as we get a majority of RSVPs by late March/early April we will reach out to folks with their accommodation options (the sooner you RSVP, the sooner we can figure out accomodation!). If you are in a rush or would like to make plans sooner, please don't hesitate to reach out to Chris or Celia.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Hopefully sunny! However, that is not always the case here in the PNW so please check the weather and pack accordingly. Keep in mind the nights (sunny or not) are quite cool in the PNW.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors (or indoors pending weather) but the reception will be inside.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

For any special dietary requirements, please let us know on the RSVP.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We do not have a gift registry, however, we will have a table for cards and such at the wedding. We always appreciate little handmade gifts from our friends as well. But please, do not feel obligated to bring a gift, we are just excited to spend time with you!

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is dress to impress :) Think cocktail attire but with a fun twist. However, please dress in whatever is most comfortable for you.
