We're Getting Married!

Our story begins with a simple cup of coffee at Starbucks, and from the very first conversation, we couldn’t stop talking or laughing. Coffee turned into a walk by the Detroit River, and before we knew it, we had planned our second, third, and even fourth date in that same evening (when you know, you know)! We bonded over our shared love for Five Guys (yes, it made an appearance in our engagement photos), our obsession with good music, and how much we both value family. Six years later, those same things still bring us together — along with countless movie nights, endless inside jokes, and long walks with our sweet (and very feisty) pup, Bella. Carmen proposed in Banff, Alberta, on the top of Sulphur Mountain, where we took a trip in March of 2025. Carmen thought he was doing a good job at keeping it a secret, but Cheyanne had her suspicions (she always does)! He asked a kind stranger to “take a photo,” but secretly asked her to record a video instead. It was one of the sweetest moments, one that we will cherish forever! Now, we can’t wait to celebrate our next adventure with all of you! Each of you has played such an important role in our journey, and we’re so excited to share this day surrounded by the people who mean the most to us.
