How We Reconnected

Known Forever, Found at Last

Some people are meant to find each other twice. Cherie and Jeff have known each other since high school hallways and the same business school campus, and then came twelve years of living full, separate lives before New York City decided it was finally time to bring them home to each other. A LinkedIn search. A Facebook message. A number she kept in her phone for six months before she finally used it. In early 2024, one text changed everything. And on February 26th, they saw each other for the first time in over a decade. Jeff proposed on April 30, 2026, the day after Cherie's birthday. A love story years in the making, and worth every single one of them.
