FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Since the wedding will be on a cruise ship, we recommend attire that’s dressy but comfortable. Some great options include: For women: a midi or cocktail dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or a flowy skirt and blouse. For men: dress pants with a button-down shirt or polo; a blazer is optional, and ties are not required. Feel free to dress up, but comfort is key—especially on deck. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If a guest’s name appears on your invite, they’re warmly welcome—but otherwise, we kindly ask that you celebrate with us solo.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are absolutely welcome! If your child is invited, their name will be listed on your invitation. We’re excited to celebrate with guests of all ages.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

All guests must be at the cruise terminal and starting the security screening process by 9:30 AM EST. Please plan to arrive early enough to allow time for check-in and boarding so we can start the celebration smoothly.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

From Carnival: The parking garage for sailing guests is open as early as 9:30 AM & is located next to terminal #3. The parking lot for non-sailing guests is next to the parking garage and opens at 4:00 AM. $17 USD per day, plus tax (including day of arrival and day of departure). Rates are subject to change. Gated, secure outdoor parking lots, and garages, patrolled 24 hours a day. No reservations needed. Full payment is due upon entering the parking garage. Cash is not accepted. Acceptable payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. EPASS & SunPass accepted only at the Cruise Terminal 3 parking garage. Oversized parking for RVs and buses is available at each Cruise Terminal. Disabled Parking spaces are available. See website for restrictions. It is recommended for luggage and wheelchair guest to be dropped off at the terminal before parking. Elevators are inside the parking garage. For additional information, contact the Canaveral Port Authority at 321-783-7831.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our ceremony and celebration will be held indoors on the cruise ship, so the weather won’t affect the festivities. Feel free to dress comfortably for the season, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving a variety of delicious options including four cold and four hot dishes to satisfy every palate. Drinks will include a specialty cocktail, all standard spirits, red, white, and sparkling wines, domestic and international beers, as well as soda, regular coffee, and tea.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. However, feel free to snap and share photos during the reception!

Question

If I decide to get a gift what should I do?

Answer

Please have it delivered to us! Per Carnival: Due to U.S. Customs regulations, all wedding gifts are subject to duty fees. We ask that you inform your guests of these restrictions and make alternate arrangements to have gifts delivered to your home.
