We are looking forward to celebrating with you! Please note — we kindly ask guests to wear any color except black. Yes—even white is welcome!
Our story starts way back in high school, thanks to our sisters working together. One introduction turned into dating… for about four months. Then Chelsea briefly broke up with Dakotah for another guy at school who was very… enthusiastic about duct tape. (We wish we were joking.) Life took us in different directions after that. Dakotah joined the Army, welcomed his daughter Karissa, and became an incredible single dad. Chelsea graduated, went to college for a year, dropped out (because life happens), started working at Walmart, and was married for 16 years. Even while living separate lives, we never fully lost touch. Years passed, lessons were learned, and timing finally decided to be on our side. After Chelsea’s separation, Dakotah asked her out on a date. We hung out one night… and that was all it took. Along with falling for Dakotah all over again, Chelsea gained the greatest bonus of all — becoming Karissa’s mom and building a family rooted in love, trust, and laughter. What started as a teenage “what if” turned into a grown-up “this is it.” This time, there was no duct tape involved — just comfort, joy, deep love, and the feeling of finally being home. We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you ❤️
