A shuttle will be running from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony, and at the end of the night. Feel free to park at the hotel and take the shuttle if you aren't staying at the hotel! Schedule: Pick up from hotel at 3:00pm & 3:30pm Shuttle will run from venue to hotel every 30 minutes as needed starting at 9:00pm

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior. The shuttle will begin taking people over at 3pm. Beverages will be available before the ceremony!

Can I bring a plus one?

If you've received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite and under your name when you RSVP!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail attire. October weather is unpredictable, and as the venue is indoor/outdoor environment, please consider the weather and dress accordingly! The ceremony will take place in grassy area so women should consider block heels. Please no shades of white, jeans, or shorts.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Please refrain from taking any photos or videos during the processional, ceremony, or recessional. We have hired photographers to capture every moment and will share them after the wedding. Feel free to take photos at the reception!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We have chosen to keep the wedding mostly adults-only, and invited children will be included on the RSVPs. Please arrange for a child-free night of fun!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting, with the reception indoors (barn setting). Please check the highs & lows considering October is unpredictable.
