When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by the 26th May 2025 - It is really important you RSVP so we can organise our day. If you're a couple or a family, make sure you select the names of all those in your party so we can make sure we have your dietary requirements noted.

Are my children invited?

We love your little ones! However, due to limited capacity, we hope you understand that we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of nieces and nephews.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!

What time shall I arrive?

Answer

For the day guests, arrival is from 12pm ready for a 1pm Ceremony. For the evening guests, please arrive from anytime after 7pm.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the venue.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening celebration will take place indoors, however we hope the weather is on our side and we will be able to hold our drinks reception outside.

Is the Ceremony and Reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, all parts of our day will be at Hawkstone Hall Hotel and Gardens.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code but this is a great excuse to dress up! It would be lovely to see you in summer pastels and florals! We would like to ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans, jogging bottoms or trainers. The bridal party will be in black tie and champagne.
