Can I bring my children?

We love and adore all your children, but we want everyone to enjoy the night without worrying about your little ones. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any children other than the ones that are in our wedding party. Your rsvp will reflect how many seats we have reserved for your family. We apologize if this inconveniences anyone and hope you still come and enjoy your night off with us!

Do you have hotel room blocks near the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is a huge soccer tournament happening in the area on the same weekend as our wedding. We were unable to make room blocks at any of the nearby hotels from the Huntington area all the way to Charleston. If you need a place to stay the night or weekend, there may be Air BNBs in the area or nearby towns. There also are hotels along the highway from Huntington to Charleston , but you will have to check for availability since we were unable to block rooms. Reach out to the bride or groom if you need help finding rooms or places to stay. We are so sorry for the inconvenience of not being able to make hotel room blocks.

Where will I park my car? Will my car be safe?

Answer

Upon arriving to our venue , there will be a team of workers who will park your car for you and offer you a ride up to the venue, or show you where to park. No one will be blocked in, so your cars will be safe and on the venue’s private property. Only venue workers and wedding guests will be able to access the area.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be beer and wine only at our event. Beer and wine will be provided, so no need to bring cash! Make sure you have your ID, as event staff will likely ask for it. Due to venue rules that need to be followed, ABSOLUTELY NO LIQUOR will be allowed on the property. There is no liquor license at our venue. Please do not bring any liquor with you as you will be asked to leave by event staff.
