We met at our on-campus job in college, The Cook Cafe. As we worked shifts together, we began forming a deep friendship. We talked often, hung out after work a lot, and even went on a few "friendly hangouts" (that were totally not dates). We finally got together after a party we both went to and the rest was history. We spent all of 2020 breaking quarantine rules to be together and we've enjoyed graduation and entering the teaching field together as a couple. Our mutual experiences in food service and now education have made us a really strong team. We cant wait to tie the knot and be a team forever!

We got engaged in February of 2024 at Niagara Falls. We had planned the trip to celebrate our 4 year anniversary complete with a cozy yurt stay, romantic snow, and delicious wine tastings. We visited the falls during the day, and Eddie made us go back at night to take some pictures. There were some tourists nearby but otherwise we had the whole falls to ourselves. As we were taking pictures, Eddie got down on one knee and asked the big question!
