Our Story
Some love stories begin with fireworks, but theirs began in a quiet middle school hallway at Deltawoods. Jalen saw her outside Mr. Enlow’s class and tried to gather the courage to speak, but she was laughing with a friend and the moment slipped away. They walked off in different directions, never realizing that life had just whispered its first hint of fate. Years passed. They reconnected on social media and built an easy friendship, the kind that felt natural without either of them knowing why. She had no idea he carried a quiet crush, and when he finally took his shot, the timing wasn’t ready for them. They drifted through life, each growing and changing, while God gently stitched their story together behind the scenes. Then adulthood brought them back into each other’s orbit. This time, everything aligned. She opened her heart to something more, and he stepped into the moment with all the love he had been holding for years. What began as a missed middle school moment blossomed into a love that feels destined, peaceful, and beautifully meant to be. Now they walk forward hand in hand, grateful that every twist, pause, and second chance led them to the forever they were always meant to share.

Semi-formal
Semi-formal attire means polished but not overly formal. Men may wear a suit with or without a tie, and jackets are optional, especially if the weather is warm. Women are encouraged to wear a cocktail-length dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or a chic skirt and top. Floor-length gowns are not required for this dress code. For our color palette, we invite guests to dress in soft, romantic tones such as lavender or lilac, blush or dusty pink, mauve, champagne, and taupe. These hues will complement the overall look and feel of our celebration beautifully.
Reception
5:40 pm - 10:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Please note that seating is limited and will be available only for guests who RSVP.
