Complimentary transportation will be provided for guests staying at one of our listed hotels. The buses will depart from the hotels, escorting guests to the ceremony, then to the reception, and will return to the hotel at the conclusion of the evening’s celebrations.

Please plan to arrive by 2:30 PM to allow time for seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.

We have secured hotel blocks at select nearby hotels. However, staying in these hotels is not mandatory. Feel free to book any accommodations that work best for you, including Airbnb or VRBO options.

All RSVPs are due by November 21, 2025—no exceptions. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Formal attire is requested. Gentlemen, please wear suits or dress slacks with a jacket. Ladies, cocktail or formal dresses are appropriate.

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation between venues. Both the ceremony and reception locations are within 9.7 miles of each other.
