Flight
The most direct way to get to Palm Springs! Next closest airport is Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which is a 2-3 hour drive to Palm Springs depending on traffic.
This tram will take you from the dry desert up into the San Jacinto mountains in the world's largest rotating tram car. Worth the views and the shock of suddenly smelling pine trees after just seeing cacti a half hour before.
We visited this beautiful art museum last year and discovered a great standing collection of Native American and Western art as well as fantastic rotating exhibits.
A self-proclaimed, "Cactarium," with 3000 varieties of desert plants on display. Established in Palm Springs in 1938. And just a short walk from the Ace!
A little under an hour away from Palm Springs, this National Park with its iconic trees is worth the trip for desert adventurers. If you have the time, check out the funky shops and restaurants of downtown Joshua Tree and venture a little further to Pioneer Town, a standing old western movie lot that's been converted into hip shops and bars.

Desert Cocktail, which is essentially just cocktail attire keeping in mind that the days in Palm Springs can be quite hot and the eventings very cool. And if you happen to add a little funk to it, we wouldn't be angry.
While we love your kids, we are only able to invite those to the wedding listed on your RSVPs without going broke.
Yes! Palm Springs has quite a few "adult only" hotels, but The Ace is not one of them. It is a family friendly hotel with a lot of room types that will hopefully work well for invited kiddos.
After the reception, anyone still on their feet can head over to the hotel bar, The Amigo Room, for an unofficial after party.
The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is in a modular indoor/outdoor room to enjoy the desert views. We would recommend bringing a light sweater or cover for the cooler evening.
Palm Springs is very accessible. Feel free to rent a car for the weekend if you anticipate exploring. Lyfts and Ubers are plentiful as well.
Yes! We have a great discount hotel block at The Ace. Simply use discount code "INGRAMOS" at checkout. But please feel free to stay at any nearby hotel or Airbnb that works best for you.
