BBQ and chillin at the Cabin

6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

(The maps might think this address is in Portola, CA just fyi when you plug it in, no matter it will get you where you need to go) You will be traveling down a dirt/gravel road for a few miles, it is a little bumpy. If you are coming from Highway 70, turn onto C Road, after that DO NOT take the first turn onto Red Fox Road (it's a big loop). Continue on C Road for about 2.5 miles, then take the Right turn onto Red Fox Road. If you are coming from Clio the Apple directions are pretty good. Stay on C Road until it has you take a Left on Red Fox Road. We will have food and drinks, feel free to bring any beverage of your choice.

Cocktail Hour and Clara's Birthday!

Classy Summer Attire

Please join us for wine, beer, tacos, and singing Happy Birthday to Charlene's dear friend, Clara. Birthday treats included. We will have 2 large tables near the main patio area. Please be aware that the business remains open to the public during our event, there will be other Brewing Lair customers milling about. All alcohol will be served at the main building, wine will be provided for wedding guests. Any beer orders will be put on the wedding tab, white wrist bands will be provided, please show the staff when you go up to order. Feel free to bring any other alcohol you wish to have in a nondescript bottle.

Wedding

3:00 pm - 5:45 pm

Classy Summer Attire

The location of the Ceremony is 150 meters into the forest, consider your shoes wisely. When you arrive at the main building look for signs pointing you in the right direction. The path will be level and pretty clear. After the ceremony we will have a champagne toast and pictures will be taken. As for food, each guest will receive a taco truck (gluten free options) token that is good for 2 tacos of your choice and a side of chips with salsa. The taco truck is located near the main building and patio tables.

Dinner

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

We will be having dinner in a private area of the restaurant. Please feel free to settle in, we will not be having assigned seating. Soup, salad, and crab cakes will be on the table as the appetizer portion. The bar will have an open wedding party tab up to $1500. Wine will be on the table. You will have 3 entree options to choose from, let the staff know of any food sensitivities. Nick and Mandy will be leading us in prayer before the entrees. Berry cobbler and vanilla ice cream will be served for dessert.

Enjoy the day outside!

Hiking Gear, Swimsuits, Sunscreen

Please enjoy the beautiful outside playground that is Plumas County. Hiking of all levels, Golf, Swimming in nearby lakes, and more. We will have a loose schedule, Char and Ben will be going on a short/moderate hike....details to come if you want to join. Followed by lake time and probably some cocktails. We want to have some chill time and get to enjoy our favorite people.
