Schedule

Here's our brief schedule for the big day! Please note that our wedding will be a strictly non-alcoholic event.

Tuesday, September 22, 2026

Commencement of Ceremony

2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Cocktail attire (and above if you fancy) please! To match our theme, we would love if you could wear colours reminscient of the evening sky (such as shades of purple, orange and red). This is not a requirement by any means. Please do avoid wearing black!

We recommend wearing shoes you will find comfortable to wear on grass as the ceremony will be followed by canapes in the garden area of the venue. We will have a beautiful mocktail and soft drink bar set up from 3:30pm for your pleasure.

Dinner

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We will have a feasting-style buffet dinner followed by many board games, dancing and more! Please note we will have to leave the premises by 10pm, so we aim to leave ourselves at 9:45pm to enter the world on our next adventure!

Travel

As we have a lot of family and friends travelling from outside of the Goldie, here is some information about the area.

Flight

Gold Coast Airport and Brisbane Airport

Gold Coast Airport and Brisbane Airport are both an hour away from our venue by car. Choose whichever you fancy!

Travel Note

Mt Tamborine Information

Mt Tamborine is, you guessed it, a mountain. We aimed to have our venue be easy to walk on and not too much of a climb, but to get there you do have to ascend the mountain by car. Make sure to drive carefully and take your time. The best way to get up is via Tamborine Oxenford Rd.

Registry

Your presence in our lives and our wedding is more than gift enough, but we will have a wishing well at our reception for if you wish to gift towards our honeymoon fund.

Wedding Party

Meet Baylee and Chantel's family and friends standing by their side on this special day.

Things To Do

As the Goldie is just east of our wedding venue, and the place we call home, there is a million different things to do if you'd like to make your trip here a holiday. Here are some of our recommendations!

Padlockd Escape Rooms & Bar

3177 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217, Australia

We go to escape rooms a LOT (because... we're nerds). Padlockd have been a staple for us and they are really fun and challenging! They also have board games to play while you wait for your room to be prepared, as well as a bar if that's more your speed.

Cedar Creek Falls

76 Cedar Creek Falls Road, Tamborine Mountain, QLD 4272, Australia

If you're capable of hiking the short way to these waterfalls, they are definitely worth it. They're stunning, and so calming to sit in or near. Bring your swimmers!

FAQs

If you have any other questions that aren't answered on this page, please don't hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate everyone's wishes. Please understand we wish this to be a pleasant day to celebrate the love we share for each other and for our friends and family we are lucky enough to share it with.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask you to RSVP by 11/08/26 at the latest. Any guests who have not informed us they are coming after this date will not be added to the final seating arrangements. We understand if something outside of your control happens closer to the wedding. Please inform as as soon as you can if you need to cancel past the RSVP date.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Thanks for understanding!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding events adults-only and appreciate your understanding. However, you are welcome to bring infants under 12 months. If you are bringing an infant, please contact us to RSVP for them.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We will talk with our venue to best accommodate your allergies. Please let us know on the RSVP or via message!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would really appreciate if you could arrive by 2:30pm at the latest so you can grab a good seat!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking available. We recommend either carpooling or getting an Uber in case it gets full and you have nowhere to park.
