Question
How soon do I need to book our room(s)?
Answer
We want to encourage all of our guests to make their reservations quickly in order to get the lowest locked in rate as part of the group rate. We are fortunate in booking more than a year out to be able to get really great rates that are lower than what was offered in 2024 or planned for 2025, if our reservations exceed the number in our group block, there is a chance that the rates will increase for late bookers.

How do the bookings work
Answer
Working with our travel coordinator allows you to make your reservations early and only pay $100 per person as your booking deposit. Once reserved you will have all year to have your room paid in full and can make payments as often as you like!

Is the resort all inclusive?
Answer
Yes, Royalton is an all-inclusive resort with 8 separate restaurants on site providing a variety of fine foods, top-shelf drinks, and never-ending activities.

What days do I need to be available for wedding festivities?
Answer
We would like to invite everyone to our Welcome Cocktail Party on the night of February 4th. The Ceremony and Reception will take place on February 6th at 4:00 on the beach. The remainder of our time here will be purely for rest, relaxation and quality time with those we love.

How long can I stay at the resort before/after the wedding?
Answer
The group rate requires a stay of at least four nights and no more than seven nights. Otherwise, we would love for you to stay as long as you’d like! We will plan to be there from February 2nd through to February 8th and welcome the company!

Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
If you book your stay within the resort, you will have shuttle transportation provided from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF)

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Given the nature of the wedding we think it's safe to assume if you book a room you'll probably be at the wedding :) Our travel coordinator will compile the RSVP's as rooms are booked to save that step for our guests!
