We met at Dino's café in Yellow Springs, OH. Cevyn was in the process of moving and Daniel was coming off of an early morning shift at Cracker Barrell so we decided our first date should be a coffee date! Cevyn was adamant about Daniel not paying for her coffee and we still joke about it to this day. After we got our drinks and took a seat at the table on the far right on the café, we both learned pretty quickly we would both be pretty distracted and were too excited to sit still for long. After chatting for about an hour, we decided to go for a walk as we were already getting into some great conversations. This walk turned into a 3-hour hike through the city of Yellow Springs. We even had a whole Hallmark movie moment where we got stuck in the random burst of rain under someone's grape vine. The best part about a Hallmark movie moment is it always ends in a weird, awkward moment and so did ours so it did not disappoint. We continued our walk back to the café and called it a night. After a 4 hour long first date, we knew this would be long-term and I don't think either of us would be surprised if we went back in time and told ourselves they met their soulmate.
This is where we met in the beautiful Yellow Springs! If you go and see Dave Chappelle or Donnell Rawlings, tell them we said hi!
Where we got our engagement photos done! It is a beautiful park with lots to see and do! Perfect for a date night or taking the little ones to the playground.
Cevyn's workplace is the largest indoor amusement park in the nation, check it out!
You have to check out Cincy's finest... CONEYS! You can find Daniel here with his friends for his side gig, serving guests one coney at a time.
Bowling is Daniel's favorite hobby! This alley in particular is special to him and his family as this is where they celebrate the holidays together every year.
One of the best things (of many) Yellow Springs has to offer! Young's has a petting zoo, amazing ice cream, mini-golf, batting cages and much more!

Anyone with a plus one will have their plus one addressed on their invitation.
As much as we love the kiddos, since our venue has a lake, we have requested that our wedding be a no-kids wedding. We genuinely want to put the safety of the kiddos first and hope you will take the opportunity to treat our wedding more as a date night!
