Our first date was simple and easy—an afternoon drive with Starbucks in hand. We drove around Cincinnati, exploring the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University from the car while we talked and got to know each other. We wrapped up the date at a downtown viewpoint, taking in the city before heading home. It wasn’t fancy, but it felt very natural.

Nathan proposed at Echo Circle on the University Cincinnati’s campus; a very meaningful and special place to the start of our relationship. It is now the place that signifies the beginning of our the next chapter: marriage.
