Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors unless the weather takes a turn for the worse. In which case we will move things inside. The reception will be indoors either way.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bar is a no-host bar, except for some pre-purchased kegs of light beer. There is a prohibition on outside alcohol being brought in.

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue overnight?

Answer

While camping at the venue is not permitted, you may leave personal vehicles in the lower lot overnight. They do need to be removed by 9am the following morning. If you need a ride, there are taxi services and Uber does provide service to the area. It may be prudent to schedule a car ahead of time to beat demand, or ask about catching a ride with fellow guests.

What time does the party end?

Answer

The bar will stop service and the DJ will leave around 10:30pm. However, there will be an informal afterparty in the downtown Billings area if guests would like to join.
