welcome to our wedding weekend! kick off the celebrations with us at everson royce bar in DTLA. this awesome spot is less than two blocks from our venue, so everyone can get excited about saturday's festivities. we will have some beverages (spirited & non alcoholic) for our guests to enjoy, as well as some small bites to share. definitely recommend grabbing a bite before you join us so you're ready to mix and mingle. we HIGHLY suggest using rideshare (uber or lyft) to ensure a safe evening for everyone. if you plan to drive, there is a valet service available at ERB. also, sorry for the yelling but: !!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT WALK HERE FROM THE HOTEL!! if you're planning to walk, order a car!!!!!!! we hope you take lots of photos, meet new friends, and have a great time. we love you!!

Burbank or LAX?
While there's a few options to get to Los Angeles, we HIGHLY recommend choosing Burbank as your airport! Very short lines, minimal traffic, and easy security! There have been times where Cece is the only one going through TSA. The con of Burbank is not many direct flights for our Minnesotan loved ones, and it can be more expensive - but you're avoiding a major headache at the worst airport ever, LAX. That being said... LAX is likely going to be the airport you fly through... Pros: Cheaper flights, no layovers, lots of rental car spots. Cons: Messy, bad traffic, some terminals are pretty dingy (but it's getting better), TSA lines can be rough.

When do I RSVP by? How do I RSVP?
Answer
FINAL RSVP's *must* be in by August 14th! Please RSVP on the "RSVP" tab - Hit us if you have any technical difficulties.

Are children invited?
Answer
While we love your kiddos, we hope you will understand our decision to celebrate our nuptials child free! Unless directly specified by Joe or Cece, this special day is *adults only*.

Where is the Ceremony? Indoors? Outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors at the venue. There is some shade provided, but make sure you're hydrated - that California sun can be spicy for our folks from the north.

Transportation... Should I get a rental car? Where do I park? WHAT'S THE DEAL?
Answer
We highly encourage that our guests utilize rideshare (Uber/Lyft) for their transportation needs to and from the venue - especially if they plan on drinking. If you do plan on driving, there is a parking lot at the end of the block on Mateo and Violet that guests can use if needed.

When does the ceremony start? When does the party end?
Answer
Ceremony is planned to begin at 4pm. We ask that all guests arrive to the venue by 3:30pm to find their seats etc. Los Angeles traffic is not joke, please do your best to plan accordingly. We're wrapping up the reception at 11pm and we'll be hitting the town... If we have the energy! Don't worry, we'll keep you in the loop ;)

Yes to both - we will have an open bar (please enjoy responsibly), and we will be providing NA options to our guests (including a mocktail! woo).

While we'll be sure to have a dedicated moment for y'all to snag as many photos as you'd like during the ceremony - we would love if you could put them away until we say "I DO". Otherwise, hell yea dude take as many photos and videos as you'd like! Post em' and tag us #CeceliaJoe4Ever :)

The Getty
Gotta hit the Getty! If you've visited us, we've probably taken you here. Incredible views of the city and the sea, amazing art, beautiful gardens... and it's FREE! Only cost is parking. Highly recommend.
Universal Studios Hollywood
Visit the best theme park in Los Angeles* and see all of Joe's hard work. Joe personally worked on not only 'Secret Life of Pets' but also 'Super Nintendo World' - both worth spending your time on. Also, Cece goes here a lot.... like a LOT. Please invite her if you're going. Seriously. (*Disneyland is in Orange County lol)
Dodger Stadium
Enjoy the beauty of Dodgers stadium while you're in town for the wedding! They're playing home games all weekend against the Rockies. The stadium is amazing, really.
Formosa Cafe
A classic hollywood spot with walls of signed headshots, crazy decor, fun seating and AMAZING food. Joe and Cece go here often... and rarely switch up their order because it's that good! Plates are all sharable, so go with a group and get a bunch. And drop us a line if you're going... We might swing by.
Madre! Oaxacan Resturant
Amazing food, drinks, and vibes. We demand you get the queso fundido - maybe even order two! There's multiple locations, but the WEHO location is newer and close to other fun activities :)
Lowboy
Great spot near Dodgers stadium for drinks and smash burgers!
The Fat Dog
Great food and drinks near our apartment. We go here a lot... like A LOT. Cece's favorite dish is the Kale Caesar and Joe prefers the Mac & Cheese.
The Thirsty Merchant
Great spot for quick eats and drinks. Classic sports bar with indoor and outdoor space, darts, lawn games etc. The garlic parm fries are BOMB.
Mama Shelter Los Angeles
Beautiful hotel in Hollywood with an amazing rooftop! Ask them at the front desk to send you to the elevator. Lots of lounge spaces and decent eats. If you're not feeling it, it's a short walk to two other rooftop bars we love: Desert 5 Spot (Country Western Bar) and Bar Lis (Fancy Shmancy).
