What is this party?

Answer

When planning our wedding experience, we didn't like the idea of a traditional wedding and didn't want to cram everything into one day. Therefore, we came up with this idea: Eloping on September 23rd, followed by a honeymoon in Monterey, California, and then to have an anniversary party within a month to a year of getting married so we can celebrate with all of our loved ones.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd appreciate guests wearing nice dinner / cocktail party attire. Such as, jeans/khakis and a button up, cocktail dress, or anything of this nature that is cute and comfortable :)

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Knowing that our guests have a wide variety of drinking preferences, it's not advantageous to have an open bar. Instead, we'll supply two drink tickets to every guest and having an “extras” drink ticket bowl. The bowl will be a place for donations of tickets from those who don’t want two drinks, plus some additional tickets on us! Keep in mind the party is at a distillery and all drinks are made with their homemade distilleries (aka they are strong :). Please bring cash to tip the bartenders! We always kick ourselves when we show up and forget cash to tip haha.
