We have reserved a room block at the Austin Southpark Hotel, and our guests will receive a discounted rate. The discounted rate will be available until October 23, and you can book it for the dates of: 11/10/2024 to 11/16/2024. The discounted rate includes breakfast and parking. Please let us know if you have any questions! Please do not feel pressured to book this exact hotel! We do not have an obligation to book a certain number of rooms. If you are planning to stay in the Austin area, we recommend finding a hotel near this location if you're looking for something close to the airport (10 minute drive) and close-ish to the wedding venue (25 minute drive).

What is our dress code?
Answer
We are asking guests to dress in their best formal cocktail attire. For women, this includes dresses at the knee or below the knee. For men, a full suit is not required (shirt with a tie is fine; suit jacket no tie is fine).

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 1, using the RSVP tab at the top of our website. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are not able to attend.

What do I do if I can't make it?

We will miss you! If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible, and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

The ceremony will begin at 4:15PM. Please make sure to arrive on time to account for parking and finding your seat.

Although our venue has free on-site parking, we encourage guests to Uber/Lyft from the hotels.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are kindly asking that all guests refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We want to make sure our photographer is able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We have hand-selected 3 signature cocktails for our guests to choose from. We will also be serving beer, wine, and champagne!

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors.
