The Ceremony

Wear whatever you are most comfortable in. The ceremony will be held in an outdoor chapel.
The Reception
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

The reception will be held in another building on the camp grounds. It is a short walk from the outdoor chapel. At the reception we intend to have people fill out a recipe to get us kick started on our lives as newlyweds! This could be a favorite family recipe that you would like to be passed on or it could be something fun that you tried and think we will enjoy! So come prepared to fill out a little recipe card.

Where should I stay?
Answer
There are a few hotels in and around Morrilton, as well as some nice AirBnBs if you're interested! The venue is about an hour from Little Rock and 40 minutes from Conway, so if you're nearby, driving in the day of is totally doable. For out-of-town guests, staying in Little Rock or Conway might be the most convenient option. Morrilton is a small town, so it has fewer places to stay and dine. Many guests are driving in from Little Rock, so carpooling could also be possible!

How do I get there?

Camp Mitchell is located on Petit Jean mountain in Morrilton, AR. Start going up Petit Jean Mountain road and when you see the Camp Mitchell sign turn and continue down that narrow road.

What should I wear?
Answer
Whatever you like! The ceremony will be held in an outdoor chapel on the side of the mountain. The wedding party will be wearing colors like pinks, navy blues, and deep purples. Feel free to wear similar colors if you wish.

Catherine used to attend Camp Mitchell for church camp growing up. This location is very near and dear to her heart.
