What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 2:30pm and no later than 2:50pm. There is parking onsite and close to the ceremony location along with a drop off location closer for those who might be in heels. Those who arrive later than 2:50pm will not be able to attend the ceremony.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

YES! For those staying at the hotel, the bus will pick up/drop off in the front of the Hyatt. The bus will promptly leave the hotel for the venue at 2:10pm. There will be plenty of seating for anyone needing a ride on the way back! Cars can be left at the venue.

Formal attire is strongly encouraged for the ceremony and reception. Think cocktail or formal dresses for women and suits/jackets with neckties or bowties for men.

The RSVP deadline is July 19th. Please make sure to RSVP promptly to help us finalize our wedding details!

Yes, please make your bookings no later than July 30th to ensure you can access our discount. If you miss this deadline there still MIGHT be rooms at the higher pricing but this is not guaranteed.

Where is the Welcome Party and How Do I Get to It?

The welcome party starts at 7pm at the Hollywood Casino in the Triple Crown Suites. Directions below. · Park in the first parking garage when approaching up the casino from Racetrack Road (south garage) · Try parking on the 4th floor of the garage – if unable to park on 4th floor; then take elevator to the 4th floor · Once on the 4th floor walk down the hallway then make a right into the casino. · Security desk will be directly in front when entering the casino. · To the right of the security desk is a set of escalators and staircase. · Take escalators or stairs to the lower level of the casino; bowling will be on the right. · Triple Crown Suites will be straight ahead to the left.
