We are delighted that Guemes Island Resort will have on-site accommodations, available in a limited number, for those who would like to spend the weekend with us! However, this is absolutely not required and you are welcome to attend our ceremony on Saturday, May 22nd to celebrate with us. If you would like to stay in the on-site accommodations, please make sure to RSVP as soon as possible as it will be available on a first come first serve basis. Here's a brief snapshot of what to expect for the weekend, with a more detailed itinerary, including the time of each event, under the "schedule" tab. ---Friday, May 21st--- We will have a welcome dinner on Friday with wood fired pizza, volleyball (weather permitting), and a chance to hang out with other guests. ---Saturday, May 22nd--- On Saturday, feel free to relax, play board games, take out a watercraft, or explore Guemes Island while we get everything set up for the ceremony. Then, celebrate with us with music, food, and dancing. ---Sunday, May 23rd--- Finally, join us on Sunday morning for a send-off brunch before heading back to the mainland.

Travel Note

Some of the best Thai food in Seattle and a great vibe. We recommend the red curry and pad see ew
Some of the best soup dumplings and scallion pancakes in town!
One of our favorite parks in Seattle - where we had our first (kind-of date) and where we got engaged :) a nice long walk down to the lighthouse and then a burger from the Innerbay Red Mill make the best date (we know from experience)!
Another favorite park spot - grab a banh mi from CrackleMi in Ballard to take there and you've got another one of our favorite date ideas!
Please RSVP ASAP, so we can have an accurate headcount :)
Yes; we have reserved the entire resort for our guests to join us throughout the weekend. We invite you to stay at the on-site accommodations on Friday and Saturday night. If you choose to stay, please do so in lieu of a wedding gift to us!
Due to the intimacy of the event, we can only extend invites to guests who are formally invited on the wedding invitation and the RSVP page. Thank you for understanding and we hope to see you there!
Yes! If your kids are invited, you’ll see them included on your RSVP. We kindly ask that parents keep an eye on their children throughout the event so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration.
Welcome to Washington, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny, especially in May. We will keep you updated on what to expect as we get closer. Be prepared for some rain just in case!
There will be plenty of parking on the premises!

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be in a tent :)
We would not recommend wearing shoes like stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.
