To book a discounted room in our block call directly to the front desk and ask for a room in the Schmidt/Brandenburg wedding block. It was recommended for guests to request an early check in when booking a room. The last day to book in our wedding block is July 30, 2024.

A shuttle will be at Holiday Inn Express in Rantoul around 3:45pm and will leave by 4:00pm. The shuttle will leave at exactly 4:00pm so please make sure you are checked in and ready to go.

Question
How & When should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab her on our website and type in your name or scan the QR code on your invitation with your phone. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP by July 15, 2024. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) &Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) &Family". When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves!

The reception will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive before or by 4:45pm so you have plenty of time to find your seat and get a drink if needed.

A cash bar will be available during the reception.
