Our Story
Fran moved to San Francisco for graduate school in 2017 and two weeks after starting school, her roommate invited her to a concert that she'd be going to with "some friends". One of said "friends” happened to be Cary, who HAPPENED to live a block away. Little did Fran and Cary know that concert would lead us to where we are today. The first months of knowing each other were spent going out in the city, movie nights and dinners… then flash forward to New Years Eve 2017/2018 — In Fran fashion, she made the first move (with the courage of Patron). The rest of the night was spent dancing the night-away at Kels in North Beach. 6 years later and we continue to remember what it means to be friends above anything else, strive to grow with one another, have the best dog in the world, a beautiful home in the Bay Area, travels to Europe, the Middle East, Indonesia and Australia (to name a few) and our next big stop being our wedding day. We can't wait to get married, to have our closest people there to witness this special day and for all the memories to come as husband and wife.

Shuttles Schedule
2:00 pm
Guest shuttles will transport everyone from the hotels to the venue. Please be at the pick up location 10 minutes prior to departure. For the majority of the guests, the shuttle schedule is as follows: 2PM - pickup at Fairfield Inn & Suites Santa Rosa, 1101 Gravenstein Hwy S, Sebastopol, CA 95472 2:30PM - arrive at wedding venue 10:15PM - depart wedding venue 10:30PM - drop-off at Fairfield Inn & Suites
Welcome + Ceremony
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Upon your arrival, a signature welcome drink will be waiting for you, ushering in the start of the ceremony at 3 pm sharp!
Reception
3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be a shuttle pickup at this hotel and this is the most affordable option for attendees. If you want to book at the Fairfield Inn, please call 1-707-829-6677 to make your reservations. There is a room block for the wedding and it may include a slight discounted rate. When calling to book, mention the name of the wedding Miller/Hernandez and the date you would like to check in. Please double-check that you are booking the correct Fairfield Inn at 1101 Gravenstein Hwy.

How do we get to the venue?
Answer
Since we are using a privately owned property, personal vehicles, Uber's and Lyft's are prohibited. That being said, we will have two 27-person shuttles to and from the venue. We recommend flying into Oakland (OAK), San Francisco (SFO) or Santa Rosa (STS). Feel free to reach out to us for help in coordinating flights, shared rides, etc.

As much as we love kids, especially our friends kids, we've decided to make it an adults only celebration. We understand this requires additional effort to ensure child-care and we are so appreciative.

Answer
California cocktail attire! Think florals, vibrant colors and playful ensembles. This is your opportunity to wear that fun outfit you've always wanted, but never had the chance to! Let your creativity shine and don't be afraid to experiment with bold and cheerful styles. Please bring an extra layer as all the wedding festivities will be hosted outdoors and it may get chilly at night.
