Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be listed as “guest” on your invite and will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

We absolutely love your little ones, but for this celebration, we've chosen to have an adults-only wedding aside from a few close relatives to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable evening for all. If your child is included in the invite, it will be noted when you RSVP or will be listed on the invite as “family”. We truly appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and look forward to celebrating with you!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm. Please show up no later than 4:15/4:30pm to ensure you are seated and situated for the start of the ceremony at 5:00pm! Thank you!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of on-site parking! Please follow the signs for the retreat barn parking area

What should I do if I can’t make it?

We'll be sad to miss you, but we completely understand! If you re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by updating your RSVP and we hope to celebrate with you another time!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from capturing any photos during the ceremony and special moments like our first dance! We have spent a ton of money on our photographer and hope to not have professional photos ruined by your cellphones! HOWEVER: We'd love for you to capture plenty of memories during the cocktail hour and reception. Feel free to snap photos during the reception and any time the photographer isn't in action! We'll have QR Codes for photo sharing around the reception space as well!

Will you have a guest book?

We will have an AUDIO GUEST BOOK!!! Please take the time to leave us a message on the phone provided for us to listen to after the wedding, and for many years to come! Some things you can say are: advice for the couple, date night ideas, special messages or well wishes! We’d also love if you’d get creative on things to say. We love to laugh and would love to be surprised when listening to some of our messages!

What is the dress code?

We are having a black tie optional wedding! Semi-formal, but comfortable! Of course, dressing to the T is always welcome, but we also want our guest to be comfortable during a hot day in July! Please no jeans and T shirts! Lol

Is the wedding indoor or ourdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will be mainly indoors, with the option to open the barn doors and have an indoor/outdoor party later on! The AC will be on if the barn doors are closed, and the AC will be off if the barn doors are opened!
