Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We are so grateful for everyone traveling from out of town. Please join us for welcome tacos and drinks! There is free parking on 36th street or surrounding residential streets. We recommend ubering from either hotel 10-15min. Attire can be anywhere from casual to dressy casual!

Shuttle Service

2:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Neumann Limousine

Please meet in the hotel lobby of either The Westin Sacramento or Hampton Inn Elk Grove at 2:30pm with a firm departure at 2:45pm. After the reception, there will be both early pick up + final pick up at 10pm from the venue. There is free parking at the Westin if you do not wish to stay there, but would like to use the shuttle service. Please RSVP to let us know if you plan to use the shuttle so we can provide the company with an accurate headcount. There is also free parking available at the venue, but we encourage using the shuttle services, as it is a 25-30 minute drive and the roads from the venue are unlit.

We are overjoyed to share this special day with you all. Prosecco will be ready upon your arrival. Garden formal attire is our vision, spring colors are encouraged!
