What is the dress code?

We want you comfortable and cute—jeans for men are totally fine, paired with a nice shirt. Ladies: flats or wedges are recommended, as we’ll be walking on grass. You will be on grass to watch the band perform.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The reception will be completely outdoors in a field. Guests will need to walk a short distance from the parking area to the location. Transportation can be provided if needed—please let us know. We also recommend bringing a jacket, as it may get chilly in the evening.

While we love your little ones, our reception will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the evening with us.

Upon arrival at Eagles Rest Cellars, please follow the signs down the dirt road to the designated parking area. Parking will be in a grassy lot.

Will food be plated or buffet-style?

Dinner will be served buffet-style so you can choose all your favorite items! Please let us know of any specific restrictions when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Where can we stay besides a hotel?

There are several Airbnb options in the area, along with a nearby bed and breakfast—Cherry Valley Manor Luxury Bed and Breakfast, located just down the road from the venue. Feeling adventurous? You’re welcome to bring a tent and camp out—just let us know so we can plan accordingly.
