How We Met
Carmen's college roommate, Beverly, played polo at Texas A&M University. Carmen's developed a love for the sport watching her roommate and friends play in matches. San Antonio has an annual Fiesta Polo Match that Carmen attended with friends, where she was told she needed to visit the VIP tent for a local cocktail sampling. Randall was serving samples of his spirits in the VIP tent when the two were introduced. They spotted each other's Aggie rings and instantly connected. The two later enjoyed an after match cocktail with Carmen's friend who knew Randall through Distillery events, Pam Tackett. Pam was the chaperone between the two for the first 'date' and is joining us at our wedding.
Loved Ones Unable to Join
Buddy suffered a stroke in 2022 and lives in a Fredericksburg assisted care facility. Buddy wishes he could join us in person and sends his greetings to our guests. We will celebrate with Buddy in a private ceremony before the Wedding and share the photos/video afterwards. Buddy extends his best wishes for Randall and Carmen.
Loved Ones Memorial
Raymond is Randall's late brother who grew up raising cane with his older brother and exploring life all the way to a career in the Air Force where he became a pilot.

Carmen and Julia became instant friends when they met in 2006 through a childhood friend of Carmen's from Orange Grove, who Julia brought to Carmen's birthday party and knew the gals had much in common to explore. These galpals can be seen together at the San Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo, local live concert venues and Texas Hill Country Wine Trail. Julia graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word and works at H-E-B Procurement.

Carmen met Alexis through Julia as Julia's former co-worker who shared their appreciation for San Antonio social events and their love of Texas A&M University. Alexis is the Controller of Physicians Hearing Network. The two recently returned from a celebratory birthday trip for Alexis to Southern Italy for cooking classes and touring the Isle of Capri, Pompei, the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento.

Carmen sat beside Jamie on a Spring Break field trip with their Ag Counselor at Texas A&M University and the two have been amigas ever since, traveling together to Mexico to study Spanish, Belize for scuba diving and many times to Cabo San Lucas. These Aggie college buddies have always enjoyed live music, which fits Jamie's current role as General Manager for her husband, Cody Joe Hodges, who performs country music around 'Merica.

Melissa and Carmen met through the San Antonio Adventure Club, who discovered they would have many more fun adventures ahead. Carmen, in fact, tried to introduce Melissa to a tennis buddy of hers, Paul, to find their love connection. Later on, Paul and Melissa found each other and have continued to celebrate life with Carmen. Melissa and Carmen earned their scuba diving certification together before one of Carmen's first dive trips to Australia. Melissa and Paul travel often and still scuba dive. Melissa is the Marketing Manager at Alamo Maxillofacial Surgical Associates.

Colin is Randall's youngest son who works for the State of Texas in the Comptroller of Public Accounts office. Colin lives in San Marcos and enjoys the Texas Hill Country outdoors.
AJ Roessler

AJ is married to Courtney, who share three beautiful children who are part of our special day: Wade, Luke and Charlie. AJ and Courtney are celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary this year and live in Mansfield. AJ graduated from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. AJ works in Outside Sales for Delta Steel in Ft. Worth. AJ spends his free time coaching his sons in baseball and other sports.

Ryan is the oldest of Randall's sons. Ryan is a Class of 2010 Engineering graduate from Texas A&M University. Ryan works as a Maintenance Technician at Uinta Brewing Company in Salt Lake City. Ryan enjoys traveling and scuba diving.
Karin Knolle Sullivan

Karin has been a mentor and friend to Carmen. She is also Carmen’s first cousin who is married to Jody Sullivan. They reside in Sandia. Karin is a retired Justice of the Peace for Jim Wells County. Karin has spent recent years learning how to race sailboats with Carmen's Dad, Joe, at the CCYC Wednesday night races and learned to take the helm naturally. That's Karin!

Charlie is Randall’s beautiful granddaughter and the first little sweetheart in Randall's life..... Charlie is ALL girl, but can hold her own with her two older brothers! She loves Barbie, being a Princess, and cheerleading for Wade and Luke.

Wade Anton is Randall's oldest grandson and his namesake, Anton. Wade is as tall as his mother already and excels in kids pitch baseball. Wade enjoys reading and learning and hanging out with his Dad playing video games. Wade' s intellect and cool demeanor will serve him great in the future!
Luke Roessler
Ring Bearer
Luke is Randall's youngest grandson and he loves all sports. He will sit and watch the Texas Rangers (his favorite team), start to finish, and can tell you the names of all the players. Luke plays soccer and baseball. This guy gives his father gray hair.... because they are just Alike!
