Kick off the weekend with Tommy and Carly with a casual rehearsal dinner on the beach. All guests are included! Transportation: Aloft Hotel: 6:05pm St. Regis: 6:15pm Transportation will be provided back to all hotels at the end of the night.

Join us at 5pm at The Monkey Bar at the St. Regis for cocktails prior to the ceremony. Ceremony will start at 6pm, with dinner and dancing to follow. Transportation: The Resort at Longboat Key: 4:30pm Aloft Hotel: 4:30pm Transportation will be provided back to all hotels throughout the evening.

Stop by the Herbert house on your way out of town for brunch by the pool. All guests (including children) are welcome! Transportation: Looping service will be provided from all hotels from 10am to 11:30am. Please bring all bags with you, as buses will not return to the hotels.

The most convenient airport is SRQ, which is a 10 minute drive from Downtown Sarasota and a 15 minute drive to Longboat Key.

Tampa International Airport (TPA)
The Tampa airport is also a convenient option, and it is a 60-90 minute drive (depending on traffic) from Longboat Key. We recommend either Uber/Lyft or renting a car for the drive.

Aloft is in Downtown Sarasota, a short drive over the bridge from the wedding venue. Shops, dining, nightlife, and waterfront are all within walking distance.
