The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 pm EST. Please allow sufficient time to park and locate your seat. Please refrain from attempting to "sneak in" if you arrive late.
Our dress code is Semi formal/Dressy Casual. We strive for a balance between comfort and dressing nicely. Jeans are permitted, but please ensure they are not ripped/distressed and are paired with a dress shirt.
Please ensure that all phones are silenced during the ceremony. Guests wishing to take photographs are kindly asked not to occupy aisle seats and to avoid blocking the professional photographer. A QR code for the Lense app will be available during the reception. Lense is a digital disposable camera app enabling guests to compile and share their wedding photos in a single album. A photo booth will also be available during the reception.
Our indoor venue will host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, while outdoor space will be available for guests to enjoy during the reception.
The Crystal Ballroom has a parking lot with ample parking for everyone.
Welcome to Florida! Our wedding is scheduled for late October, a time of year when the weather can be quite unpredictable, ranging across all four seasons; however, since the ceremony will take place indoors, the weather should have minimal impact on the celebration

YES!! Please note that RSVPs are required by July 15, 2025, to guarantee seating and a meal. Those who fail to RSVP will not be accommodated.
The people named on your invitation are happily invited. We appreciate your adherence to the guest list and request that you do not bring additional guests without confirming with the bride or groom, as the venue does have capacity limits.
We welcome children to join us. If your child becomes disruptive during the ceremony, please remove them from the ceremony area.
Light snacks will be served during cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dessert at the reception. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
As we prepare to celebrate this special day, we have decided not to serve alcohol at the wedding. Our goal is to share meaningful moments with you in an intimate and clear-headed setting.
