Our Story
Carlos and Erica share mutual friends. Technically he slid into her DM and the conversation never ended. They just took it offline. Carlos started the conversation with an inflammatory question, as he is prone to do. Erica responded with a smart-ass reply, as she is prone to do. And their crazy complimented each other just right. Even though they grew up 30 minutes away from each other in Ventura and Santa Barbara, they did not meet until Carlos was in another state. The relationship was long-distance for the first few years and not a day went by that they did not talk, message, or connect. As the days turned to years, they eventually joined paths in Las Vegas, NV. Now they spend their time traveling, eating good food, and relaxing with their son Jaydon and puppy Yaya.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please be sure to RSVP by October 16, 2025. This will allow us to provide a final headcount for our vendors and finalize any remaining details.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive by 1:30pm to be sure you can find the venue and take your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love the little ones this an adults only affair. Please leave the kids at home and let loose with us to celebrate our union. This is a rated R event.

Can I bring a date?

All guests have been accounted for and we look forward to sharing our special day with you all. Please refrain from bringing people who were not listed on the RSVP group.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code will be cocktail attire. Please do not wear jeans or t-shirts for gentlemen or white and ivory for ladies. The theme/color scheme will be fall/autumn.

Gifts are not required as your presence at our wedding is enough. But if you insist, you can find our registry here on the website with options to contribute to a cash fund, specific items or gift an experience.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is available at the venue and cars can be left overnight if necessary. We recommend using rideshare or a taxi as the venue is offstrip and there will be an open bar. Please do not drink and drive.

We’ve reserved discounted room blocks at Circa and Downtown Grand on Fremont Street for your convenience. If you experience any issues with the booking links or making a reservation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
