We kindly suggest black-tie optional attire. Our ceremony will take place outdoors at the piazza by the pond, followed by an indoor reception in the ballroom barn. Please keep in mind that some areas are grass and stone—comfortable footwear is encouraged.

Black‑tie optional. We invite guests to dress formally while keeping comfort in mind. The ceremony will take place outdoors, and some areas include grass and stone pathways. We recommend choosing footwear suitable for these surfaces.

Is parking available on site?
Answer
Yes, on-site parking is available for guests at Andalusian Oaks. The venue is a private estate designed to accommodate wedding events and guest arrivals. Follow the arrows and park in the back right. There will be golf carts to shuttle guests from the wedding to the reception and help guests with mobility issues.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

Andalusian Oaks offers both outdoor and indoor spaces, allowing a smooth transition if the weather changes. The ballroom barn provides a beautiful indoor setting for celebrations regardless of the weather.

The venue features a mix of stone, grass, and indoor surfaces. Guests should be aware that some outdoor areas may be uneven. Please reach out to us directly if you have specific accessibility needs, and we’ll be happy to help coordinate accommodations.

To allow our photographer to fully capture the ceremony, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during the reception and share the love using #HipHipHaehner.
