A block of rooms is reserved at the Courtyard Marriott in Morgantown. You can book for both Saturday and Sunday or just for Sunday night at the discounted rate. The room block will be released on August 3rd, 2023, so please book by then!
Shuttle
Shuttle to/from Courtyard Marriott and WV Botanic Gardens

The shuttle will take one trip to the ceremony and will take one to two trips from the reception back to the hotel depending on demand. Please let us know if you plan on utilizing the shuttle when you RSVP so that we can plan accordingly!

Welcome Event

Please join us at one of our favorite places, Branch Bender Cidery, for a welcome event the evening prior to the wedding day. Branch Bender is an absolutely stunning cidery on the property of its owners, Chester and Trish, in charming Accident, MD. It’s about 50 minutes from Morgantown but so worth the drive! The ciders are dry and delicious, made from unique and heritage apple varieties. We will have food available for purchase (details to be determined but we’re hoping for one of our favorite food trucks) so you can get some dinner with your cider. We are planning on arriving around 5PM or so, and the event will end between 730-8. You can swing by for just a bit or come for the whole thing. We’d love to see you there!
