We are going for a laid-back vibe! Please wear dressy casual attire and no jeans! The venue is indoor/outdoor and does not have traditional air conditioning. There are cooling units to keep it comfortable but be mindful of the weather.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available on-site
Although we do not have a formal room block, there are hotel options in the accommodations tab. Dry camping is also available on-site if you choose to do so, please see details in accommodations.
Yes, you may leave your vehicle on-site at the reception venue, but it must be picked up by 11 am the following day.
Although we love your little ones, we ask that you do not bring your kids unless they were specifically included in the invite.
Matron of Honor
Abby is Livy's older sister. They have always been close and Livy recently stood by Abby's side as her Maid of Honor when she got married back in September. Abby and Tom also met in high school where they graduated together in 2017. Abby is always the person Livy goes to for advice and is always there for her.
Maid of Honor
Bella is Livy's younger sister. They have always gotten along well and always have each other's backs. Tom has watched Bella grow up from the time she was 11. She is an important part of their life which is why she will stand by Livy's side on the big day as the Maid of Honor.
Best Man
Jonah and Tom have been friends since birth! Growing up in the same neighborhood and even going to college together, Tom would not want anyone else to hold the honor of being his best man.
Officiant/Groomsman
Alec and Tom have been friends since 8th grade when Tom moved to Weedsport. Not only did Alec and Tom remain friends through high school but also went to college together and were roommates for 3 years! Livy and Alec have also been close for many years as they were neighbors growing up and have many memories of their early years on the bus.

Noah and Tom have been friends since 9th grade. While Noah and Tom played sports and were best friends in high school, Noah also got to know Livy very well through the musicals at Weedsport.

Joe and Tom have been friends since 2018 when Tom transferred into SUNY Brockport. Joe and Tom continue to stay close while also working together at Paychex.

Brandon and Tom met through dating Abby and Livy. While spending a lot of time together through family dinners and functions, Tom and Brandon became friends themselves and enjoy spending time making fun of the Abby, Livy and Bella.

Todd and Tom have been friends since 2019. Meeting through mutual friends Todd and Tom started spending a lot of time together and became best of friends. Todd and Tom spend a lot of time watching football, fires, concerts, and going up to Tom and Jonah’s family camps.
Bridesmaid
Kenz and Livy met a while back through Tom & Jonah, and since then they have continued to hang out and get closer, especially after spending a lot of time together when they both lived in Brockport. They continued to stay close after finishing college.

Sammie and Livy met back in 2019 and have continued to become closer friends throughout the years. They spend a lot of time together in the summer going to concerts and going out on the weekends.

Sydney and Livy met in undergrad at Nazareth College. They became close friends as they took many of the same classes and continued their friendship after graduating and continuing to get their doctorates.

Molly and Livy met in Pharmacy School and quickly became friends. They have continued to grow their friendship by supporting each other through a tough program but making sure to have a lot of fun along the way.
