When should I RSVP by?

The RSVP deadline is April 4th, 2026. Please make sure to RSVP by that date via the QR code included with the wedding invitation to ensure your seat is accounted for.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony Begins at 4:00PM. The venue has about a 10-15 minute drive once you arrive at the gate onto the property, so please be sure to plan your travel accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

With it being May, we encourage summer suits and elegant summer dresses. Any color aside from blue or white, which is reserved for the Mother of the Bride is acceptable. Navy is OK.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

(Weather Depending) Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the ceremony site on paved pathways, but the seats will be on the grass. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

The Ceremony and Reception will take place at 452039 Old Dixie Hwy, Callahan, FL 32011. You can use this link to view the location in Google/Apple Maps. Once you arrive, you'll turn into a long gravel road and follow the signs that say "venue". The Venue is about 10-15 minutes onto the property after you go through the gate, so please plan your travel time accordingly.
