WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by September 9th, 2024. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors in a timely matter. We hope you can understand.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

This event is casual attire and will be held on the outdoor patio serving a buffet style dinner.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is cocktail attire. We also ask that guest avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, ivories, and creams. The bridal party will be wearing satin gold.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before our 3:30pm ceremony time.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be an indoor area located near where the ceremony took place.

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our venue is located in the Summerlin community of Las Vegas. We have decided not to do a hotel block to give our guest the freedom to stay at a place that is most comfortable for them! The Las Vegas Strip is located about 20 minutes from the venue. We have listed on our website under "Travel", the two closest hotels to the venue. If booking an Air BnB, put in "Angel Park Golf Course, Las Vegas" as your destination and it will show the closest available homes near the venue. We do not recommend staying in the Henderson area due to it being fairly far away.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. We encourage guests to Uber or Lyft from their hotel/airBnB.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!

How Does Seating Work?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be open seating. We encourage you to mingle and sit where ever you'd like! Some seats/tables will have 'RESERVED' on them for close family and the wedding party.

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, we have a registry tab on our website or a card box will be available at the reception.
