Our Story
Michele’s Version: Chris and I met at a MS wrestling tournament in December 2021 when we found out Lucas and Aidyn were in the same bracket. Chris sent me a Facebook friend request that I sat on for a few weeks until I saw him bundled up walking around the school. I soon after accepted the request and messaged him about it. We started messaging which then turned into texting. We started to sit by each other at meets, talk daily, and finally (after I suggested meeting for lunch or walks a few times) Chris asked me to go out to dinner/drinks with his friends on February 24th. We then spent the next day at a wrestling meet and had a few more dates before realizing how much we liked each other. We have been together ever since! Then (in quite the surprise fashion) Chris asked me to marry him at the beach while enjoying homemade sandwiches and getting attacked by biting flies! We can’t wait to spend our lives together raising our 4 boys and crazy dog Gunner:)
