It is important that you arrive on time (3:30pm) for the ceremony so that you can pick your seat under the oak tree.
This will be a Dressy Casual event. As a friendly reminder February is typically a cooler month, we recommend dressing accordingly. Please consider wearing shoes that can handle uneven and soft terrain.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Everyone is welcome to sit where they prefer at this casual, loving event.
It is imperative that everyone is seated and ready for the main event by 4:00pm.
Reception Begins!
4:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Let the festivities begin!
Guests can enjoy the Appetizer reception with refreshments and yard games while the bridal party poses for family photos. Dinner will be available at 5:45pm. Guests can serve themselves at the buffet, then choose their seats in the barn. Toasts will begin at 6:30pm, followed by the cake cutting, music, dancing, and celebrations!

Guest can line up to wish the happy couple off for the night!

Will there be alcohol or can we bring our own drinks?
Answer
Our celebration will be a family-friendly dry event. No licensed bartenders will be present at the event, so alcohol will not be permitted on site. Additional refreshments will be available, including a coffee bar. Please accept our sincere thanks for attending our special celebration and for respecting our wishes.

Only guest that have been invited by the bride and groom and have RSVP may attend. We please ask that you respect our guest list, this is very important, Thank you!

At the reception, where am I seated?
Answer
There will be a window frame designating where everyone’s table will be, once you find your table and go to it, there will be the name place designated to each person!

Is the barn heated and/or air-conditioned?
Answer
No, the barn is not air-conditioned or heated. Our wedding date is supposed to be perfect for outdoor weather, so we hope to have the perfect weather for the ceremony. If necessary, there will be a cozy bonfire pit outside to keep warm.

What about a rain plan?

The outdoor space is used for the ceremony and dinner buffet so in the event of rain, we will move into the barn.
